I really like this pencil by MILANI

this product is my first item by MILANI

I heard so much about this brand, I'm gald to be able to try this item

the top one smudged as soon as i put on the pencil

the bottom line is smudged after waiting 15 seconds...

AMAZING  

I must say i have used it in my waterline and it is perfect

if you can get your hands on this pencil.. it is fantastic!
