Best eyeliner pencil?!?!? - US Campus Rankings

I’m kinda desprate. I’ve been spending a while looking for a long lasting eye pencil (don’t recommend liquid of gel, i’m really successful at using a pencil) i use this on my UPPER lash line and sometimes upper waterline. Somethig that would last at least 8-9 hours and doesn’t provide transforing to my bottom lashline/waterline and no raccon eyes

Can be high end or drugstore, as long as it works. also i was recommended nars 12hr pencil but its an awful lot to spend if it doesn’t work (if it does work, i won’t mind) please, i always pick Best Answer:!!! Thanks a lot!

definitely Perfect Eyes Waterproof & Tear proof Eyeliner by too faced. its $18 and i use it every day. i get ready around 8 or 9 and when i get off work at 7 at night it still looks as if i just did it. plus i wear it when i work out. never smudges. hope i helped.

For me Stila smudge stick is the absolute best ever! Super intense color with amazing lasting power. Try it and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Better than everything I’ve tried ( Mac, urban decay, Make up for ever, revlon, etc.). btw the black is the blackest black eyeliner EVER guaranteed.

First, if you put eyeliner on your waterline, it will most likely always transfer to your bottom lid. I myself am trying to find that perfect eyeliner. So far, I like Almays ‘roll-up’ pencil eyeliners. Maybelline also has good roll up ones.. almost all eyeliners tend to smudge a little. Good luck!

urban deacy gide on 24 hour pencils in zero best black pencil eyeliner ever. the dupe to that is the malini in cvs or walgreens meltic left eye pencil are something people are raving about.

i use lorel paris extra intense eyeliner. it fades a little after 9 hours but its waterproff and ive cried wih it on before and it dosent run
