Ive used revlon colorstay pencil, elf cream liner and Mac smolder eye kohl. They all smudge and also ‘flake’ off my lids because they get progressivle moreoilyduring the day. I’m pretty bad at applying cream/gel/liquid liners, so does anyone know a drugstore pencil eyeliner that is long wearig, pigmented and NOT tested on animals? Also preferably coming indark brown but it’s okay if not. Ive heard good things about the wet n wild retractable eyeliner, ur thoughts?
Thank u :)

NYX Pencils, are only 6 bucks and you can get them at Ulta :)

The best product for you is a gel eyeliner. You do need a brush, but you can get a liner look, you can smudge it (b4 it sets) to get a smokey look and its great for the waterline too.It is waterproof, smudge proof and will withstand oily lids better than anyother liner.

You can get gel liner in a pencil form by Stila, but its not a drug store brand.

The best gel liner at a great price is Sonia Kashuk at Target. This one really impressed me! Up there with the Sephora professional brands.
