No problem, anon! It’s actually incredibly cheap and sounds hilariously shit when I explain it.
Basically, we did the base layer with an eyeliner pencil. It makes it look like stubble, gives you a good outline and makes it easier to change the shape!
Then we went over it with a pen. We did it in strokes so it looked closer to facial hair than just block colour. It wasn’t even any special kind of pen, just a black brush pen.
