bright eye makeup help? | Break All Day

ok i have dark hair close to black and heavy bangs i usually wear my hair in a bun with the bangs out and side pieces so i usually have liquid eye liner and mascara on with eyeliner but with the dark brown eyes and and it feels too dark so i need help with ideas thanks
