Pencil / liquid eyeliner? | Break All Day

Hi there, i have being using pencil eyeliner, unfortunately by the end of the day my whole eyes going black and it would look terrible. though it says color stay / non smudgeable. However i have being using it on top of my eyes thats becoz it looks so wiered i cant put under my eyes. Can someone recommend pliz Which would be the best for me. A liquid or pencil which i can line under my eyes as well.
