Just bought Tsubasa‘s Dolly Wink Pencil Eyeliner - Black at Watson (my 2nd home lol). I bought it because of the packaging cos it’s so adorable! but really, because it’s one of Tsubasa’s cosmetics and I read a lot of good reviews about it so I bought one. Tricia G also using it so I think it would be worth it! This pencil eyeliner costs me $17.99 SGD.

The pencil is so cute like I don’t want to sharpen it or even use it! The pencil is quite small than other pencil eyeliner out there but let’s see if it last long.
The color is Smooth and very easy to draw eye lines
It’s easy to glide on my eyelids and never smudges on me plus I love how pigmented it is(love love love).

It’s really easy to use and I was amazed how it stays long and it is also waterproof. It’s the best pencil eyeliner so far!
