best kind of eyeliner to use for everyday use? | Break All Day

I’m starting high school and I’m gonna start wearing make up i wore eyeliner some times last year but it would smudges (i wear it on my waterline) i was wondering what kind of eyeliner wont smudge though out the school day. pencil, gel, or liquid?
