beautybyontd: An eyeliner post

Hello everybody,

After seeing the light on how eyeliner doesn't really matter, I really want to wean myself off the the department store eye kohl that I would usually buy and just buy a cheaper product that is half the price. I'm getting ready to replace my MAC Graphblak (will be B2M of course :D) because I've had it for a long while and every time I use it, my eye starts turning red. Any suggestions on eyeliner? (pencil or kohl would be great because I like using these types of liner for my lower lash). All are greatly appreciated!
