The Milani Liquif’Eye Metallic Eye Liner Pencil would be the PERFECT eyeliner if only it didn't smudge on me. I don't consider my eyelids to be very oily but smudging is definitely a problem when I use this eyeliner - especially at the corners of my eyes and on the waterline. The eyeliner goes on very smoothly and is very very very pigmented (blackest black there is!).
PROS:
- Very dark and pigmented
- Glides on smoothly without tugging
- Affordable price (around $7 CAD)
- Comes in different colours
CONS:
- Smudges on oily eyelids
- Need to sharpen after every use because it is so soft
Overall Rating: A- (definitely recommended to those with non-oily eyelids!)
